Product Information​:

 

The Cable Anchorage Pull Force and Torque Test Apparatus is a professional testing machine designed for EV plugs, connectors, and socket-outlets, ensuring their ability to withstand specified pull forces and torque stresses. This equipment is manufactured in compliance with IEC 62196-1:2020 clause 25.3 Figure 17 & Table 11 and IEC 60309-1:2012 clause 23.3, making it an essential tool for electric vehicle charging system testing, quality control, and certification.

 

 

Working Principle:

 

Pull Force Test: Achieved through a single-phase speed-regulating motor driving an eccentric mechanism. The motor’s adjustable speed ensures accurate timing for each applied pull cycle.

Torque Test: Realized by releasing the torque weight via an air cylinder, simulating torque stress on EV connectors.

This dual-function design guarantees precise and repeatable results for both pull force endurance and torque resistance tests.
