EV Charger Cable Anchorage Test Equipment IEC 61851-1 Pull Force & Torque Testing Machine

 

 

Product information:

 

This Cable Anchorage Pull and Torque Testing Machine is specially developed for electric vehicle charging stations, fully compliant with IEC 61851-1:2017, clause 11.6. It evaluates whether the charging connector and cable assembly can reliably withstand specified tensile forces and torsional stresses, ensuring long-term durability and user safety.

 

Application & Purpose

Designed for testing EV charging station cable connections

Verifies the mechanical strength of charging gun connectors under repeated pulling force and torque

Helps ensure compliance with international safety and performance standards

 

Working Principle
The equipment applies controlled pulling force through a motor-driven eccentric wheel or screw mechanism, with adjustable motor speed to guarantee precise loading. For torque testing, a motor combined with tray weights and a time relay delivers stable and repeatable torque application.

Automatic stop when test cycle count or duration is reached
