Product Overview
Manufactured according to IEC60695-2-10, IEC 60695-2-11, IEC 60695-2-12, IEC60695-2-13, UL746A, IEC 60335, IEC 60598 standards. The apparatus evaluates ignition temperature and flammability index through no-flame ignition source fire testing, ensuring product safety compliance.
Advanced Control System
Features PC-controlled operation with advanced digital stepping motor for precise positioning and rapid adjustment. Real-time parameter monitoring, data storage, query capabilities, and automated test report generation provide superior accuracy and convenience for research and quality control applications.
Testing Principle
The glow wire (Ni80/Cr20) is heated to specified temperatures (550℃-960℃) for 1 minute, then applied vertically to test samples with 1.0N pressure for 30 seconds. Observation of sample and bedding ignition, burning time, and combustion characteristics determines ignition hazards for solid insulating materials and combustible materials.
